Antiseptic Soap Formulation with Neem & Shea Butter Oils | Natural Skincare

A study published in the African Journal of Biotechnology explored the synthesis and characterization of antiseptic soaps formulated from varying ratios of neem oil and shea butter oil. The research assessed the physical properties of the soaps, such as hardness, foamability, and pH levels. Antibacterial efficacy was tested against Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis, revealing that soaps made exclusively with shea butter oil exhibited optimal antibacterial properties.
